Taste descriptions

Our Filter Brew packs are nutty and smooth. Imagine coffee's chill cousin, or tea's bolder friend. Or something deliciously in between... this pack has both a dark and medium roast variant.

Our A-OK Latte's come in 2 variants, distinct through their an adjusted fermentation and roasting. The Go Nuts is somewhat sweet, without a bitter note. Whereas our Cheeky Choco-latte is often described as an adult chocolate drink, veering towards dark chocolate.

How to prepare

Steps How to use filter

Keeping it simple:
brew like you would filter coffee!

But... if you'd like more precise instructions, we've got you...

1. Select your dose
We recommend using ~8gr (2 generous coffee spoons) per 125ml water (1 standard coffee cup). We accept most of you will anyway adjust to your liking, that's OK.

2. Brew it your way
Follow your brewing ritual, depending on the tools available.

- using a coffee machine: rinse your filter paper, add filter to filter holder, add OtherKinds ground to filter, don't forget your water (important!), push the "on" button. Wait.

- If you're a pour-over kind of person: reduce water temperature to 80-85°C for a cleaner profile. As there's no bloom phase, just continue with 2-3 gentle pours of equal duration.

- Aeropress you say? Why yes of course! We recommend 16gr per 196ml water and using inverted Aeropress. Pour OtherKinds filter ground into the inverted chamber, add water (~85°C), stir 35x, screw cap on, press out air, invert over cup and aim for 30s extraction.

- French Press: Sorry my friend, we do not recommend using OtherKinds in a French Press since the ground is too fine. Something to fix for later!

3. Sip back and relax

Pour yourself a cup. Add milk, sugar, whatever you like. Sit down and just sip sip sip.
Oh and treat yourself to another if you feel like it. Why not, it's All OK!

May the peas be with you.
