Shipping policy
We generally request 1 to max 2 days to process your orders.
Orders placed and paid before 10AM will be shipped the same day.
Otherwise they will be shipped the next day.
The order is shipped once payment is received, never before.
The shipping country is Belgium, and couriers chosen are Bpost, PostNL, DHL, UPS, DPD or similar. In most cases you will be able to track your shipment, except if this is a newsletter format.
Delivery is made by the carrier selected at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination:
• Belgium, Netherlands, Germany: €6,95 (€4,95 in Belgium for letterbox packs)
• Luxembourg, France: €9.95
• Austria, Denmark, Monaco: €11.99
• Spain: €13.99
• Czech Republic, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia: €17.99
• Croatia, Finland, Ireland, Romania, Sweden, Estonia, UK&I: €21.99
• Bulgaria, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Hungary, Malta, Romania: €27.99
• Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Iceland, Isle of man, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Moldova, North Macedonia, Norway, Svalbard, Switzerland, Ukraine: €44.99
OtherKinds currently ships within Europe and the UK. For countries not listed at checkout, contact us at hello@OtherKinds.co.
Any visible damage to and/or qualitative deficiencies of an article or other deficiency in the delivery must be reported immediately by the Customer to OtherKinds.
The risk due to loss or damage is transferred to the Customer at the time the goods have been physically received by the Customer (or a third party indicated by the Customer that is not the carrier).
